SKINTOP Cream composed of the detailed explained ingredients below for your understanding:

Clotrimazole

Clotrimazole is available on prescription, you can also buy some preparations without a prescription at pharmacies and other retail outlets. It is available as a cream, as a spray and as a topical solution (a liquid which is applied directly on to the skin). The cream is most frequently used but, where large areas of skin are infected or where the area of the body which is being treated is quite hairy, a spray or topical solution may be more suitable.

Sometimes clotrimazole is combined in a cream with a mild corticosteroid called hydrocortisone. This cream is prescribed when the infection has caused the skin to become inflamed and sore.
Clotrimazole is a medicine which is also used to treat fungal infections on areas of the body other than the skin. For example, it is used to treat vaginal thrush and some ear infections.

Neomycin

Neomycin is also found in dental paste, creams, eye drops, pet food, veterinary products, deodorants, soaps, cosmetics and vaccines. The amount of neomycin in vaccines is quite low and unlikely to cause a systemic reaction in patients who exhibit a delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction to it. In those patients with a history of anaphylaxis after exposure to neomycin, neomycin-containing vaccines should be avoided. Vaccines containing neomycin include Varivax, Attenuvax, Fluvirin and Imovax.

Beclomethasone dipropionate

Some cosmetic products manufactured in Korea have been suspected to contain anti-inflammatory corticosteroids, such as clobetasol propionate and betamethasone dipropionate, for the treatment of eczema, seborrhea and psoriasis, without any indication on the label of the cosmetic products. Due to their severe side effects, such as permanent skin atopy, these two corticosteroids in cosmetic products need to be monitored from a forensic point of view.
