Secalia Cream is used for the treatment of Seborrhoeic dermatitis and Seborrheic dermatitis, it may also be used for treating some skin conditions not listed here. It works by forming an oily layer on the top of the skin that traps water in the skin.
Precautions
Avoid getting this medication in your eyes or nose or mouth.
Wash your hands before and after applying Secalia Cream. Clean and dry the skin area to be treated.
Applying an excessive amount may result in pilling. Use a thinner layer or lesser quantity of medicine to avoid pilling.

Do not take by mouth. Consult with your doctor before using this medicine on open wounds, dry, chapped, irritated, or sunburned skin.
Do not wash the treated area after immediately applying Secalia Cream. Also, avoid the use of other products on the treated area unless directed by your doctor.
NOTE
Use this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. Most moisturizers need water to work well. Apply the product after bathing/showering while the skin is still damp. For very dry skin, your doctor may instruct you to soak the area before using the product. Long, hot, or frequent bathing/washing can worsen dry skin.
